Work Experience

Senior Snapchat Discover Producer
New York Magazine/ Vulture/ The Cut
New York, NY / April 2017-Current

Grew an experimental social project that started with a part-time animator and myself to a team of seven covering two verticals and outputting 120 videos a week. I produced graphic-heavy videos with my animation team and created and edited story line ups with my edit team. Overall I managed orderly workflows, kept us on breakneck daily deadlines, oversaw the creation of Snapchat-only content, budgeted, collaborated with numerous other teams, and analyzed hourly data. We’ve shot videos with top talent, covered live events, and made the occasional deranged meme. Recently we’ve started to expand by developing our TikTok as well.

Copywriter
VH1
New York, NY / March 2014-2017

Wrote and concepted on VH1’s in-house Editorial team to market Viacom shows. I worked on a wide range of mediums including print campaigns, web, outdoor, promos, on-air graphics and titles for shows. Since I have a passion for social content and noticed a gap in our coverage, I expanded our team’s responsibility by being one of the leaders in the Digital Response Team. We worked closely with the social team to create social focused campaigns that went beyond our typical scope like videos, sharables, and even a video game.
